Failure to fulfill some of the immigration laws on the issuance of a work permit may lead to denial of the work visa to the immigrant. Immigrants found working in the US without proper documents will be arrested and charged in a court of law and may be deported back to their countries and slapped with banns. Such immigrants can never get a chance to enter the United States in future.
