A collective personal injury lawsuit has been recently filed by 106 former NFL football players against the National Football League. The complaint alleges that the NFL has long been aware of the serious risks that football players face from head impacts and concussions, and that the league has chosen to downplay the scientific evidence and acknowledge the risks. The plaintiffs contend the NFL caused serious injuries to thousands of players as a result of the NFL’s improper conduct.
