The concept of Personal and Industrial relations is very very mandatory for any Organisation because it is going to generate and promote the welfare of the Organisation in an Ever Lasting Manner with to keep the Organisation shinning so bight like the twinkling stars and fill it with greenery.
This is kept as a seperate department and the employees operating in this department mostly deal with corporate Laws,Company Laws and other important aspects when they try to study,analyse and proceed before building any healthy relation with corporates whether be a supplier or a consumer.
In business,like how profits are important in the form of revenue via finance,before procurring and working towards it,people analysis and terms with external sources in the form of supplier,consumer and manufacturer all must be healthy,analysed and must be handled in a smooth fashioned manner that will be useful for both of them and widen their relation and strenghten in the future.That is the spirit of true positive and optimistic spirit.
Also,in business when relations are established between corporates , Always weightage cant be given on a specific aspect,every supplier of raw material is a boon in industry. the supplier may have good product in terms of quality or value or something might be good for which he will be recognised.every manufacturer must analyse the main requirement of the potential customer and obtain his needs fully and thoroughly well.Then when he decides on manufacturing,he has to study well in comparitive basis and focus on many suppliers and extract the juice of best supplier in short span of time with best quality.
if all these integration is done,for it to be done,before the other materials,operations and research departments begin their work ,first the industrial relations department of any organisation must also have some knowledge of the company's product details and help them in establishing best possible network relations to achieve best targets results.
hence Personal and Industrial Relations is very very important for any organisation and if it is groomed well,surely the profits can be obtained for the organisation in no time with quality ,otherwise the organisation will have to suffer.
